The City requires a qualified and manufacturer-authorized service provider to work in conjunction with Fleet Management. The Company shall perform repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair and representation, and related Services on the City’s fleet of various models and years of motorcycles, ATV, and utility vehicles owned and operated by the City at their Company facilities or at approved City locations.

The City requires a company to work in conjunction with Fleet Management, the Airport, and other city departments to provide Vehicle and Equipment Welding and Related Services to the City of Charlotte. The Company shall perform vehicle or equipment maintenance, repair, and modification through the provision of Vehicle and Equipment Welding and Related services for vehicles and equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City. This includes, but is not limited to welding, fabrication, painting completed repairs and other directly related services. The Company shall provide these services either at their Company facilities or at approved City locations.
Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning Services
Charlotte Water is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pressure washing services for various facilities and surfaces owned or maintained by Charlotte Water. This scope of work outlines the requirements, specifications, and expectations for pressure washing services to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of its properties.
Auditing Services
The City is seeking a qualified public accounting firm to provide Financial Auditing Services for the City’s accounting records, financial reports and internal accounting controls in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards.
Small Business Readiness Curriculum Development
The City is seeking a qualified Company to design a comprehensive training curriculum that builds small business capacity and readiness to participate in upcoming City-led projects.
The Company will be responsible for developing a Small Business Readiness Curriculum that provides small businesses with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to compete for City contracting opportunities. The Company will be responsible for curriculum development only (to include the training plan and train-the-trainer training); delivery of the curriculum will be carried out by other designated facilitators and/or organizations.
Dewatering and Cleaning of Process Tanks Service
The Charlotte Water Wastewater Management Facilities (WWMF) digesters are critical infrastructure at the WWMF, which provide environmental stabilization of solids prior to being removed from the site for final disposal. The effectiveness and performance of the digesters and their associated equipment, piping, and valves are negatively impacted by trash, grit, etc. that has accumulated in the tanks. The Charlotte Water Wastewater Management Facilities (WWMF) digested sludge storage dewatering equipment is in need of dewatering and cleaning.
Hidden Valley Neighborhood Warranty Coverage
Charlotte Water will be accepting proposals for a residential water line protection program and/or an interior plumbing and drainage program.
HR Benefits Administration Services
The City of Charlotte is seeking a vendor to provide benefits system and administrative services
to the City of Charlotte employees and retirees related to the benefits offered to City
employees. The City currently offers a wide range of benefits, including medical,
pharmaceutical, advocacy, dental, vision, medical clinic and wellness, long-term and short-term
disability (LTD / STD), Life insurance, Employee Assistant Program, Retiree Health
Reimbursement Account, and other voluntary benefits.
The City’s benefits administrator will provide system and support data management,
compliance, account management, and communications related to health, wellness, and
voluntary benefits.
CATS Facilities – Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Facilities division is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 25 buildings, including offices, Park & Rides, Maintenance Facilties, equipment shops, that house various CATS activities. CATS anticipates contracting for commercial plumbing services on an on-call at various locations as directed by the CATS Facilities Manager. The Company shall respond to emergency calls for service within 24 hours. Services include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the plumbing projects. This would be a three year contract with two one-year renewals.
