The project is approximately 3600 linear feet of 24 inch water main connecting the existing line at Old Down Road to the 24 inch line on the east side of the airport.
Six Mile Creek PS Improvements-Cancelled
The purpose of this project is to eliminate the long shafts between the pumps and motors. Custom motor stands will be built to position the motors over the pumps. The original two motors for this pump station will also be replaced.
Taggart Creek Outfall Flow Diversion Structure-Cancelled
Project consists of the design and construction of a flow diversion structure.
Upper Taggart Creek Outfall Replacement
Project includes the construction of approximately 10,200 linear feet of 36, 30, 24, and 18 inch gravity sewer to address capacity concerns in the Upper Taggart Creek Outfall.
Cutchin Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The purpose and need for this project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality.
Air Handler Units 1, 18, 19 Replacement
Replace and relocate Air Handler located in the Boiler Room on the basement level of the main terminal.
Airfield Lighted Sign Replacement
The removal of existing signs and foundations and installation of both Owner-furnished and Contractor-furnished LED airfield guidance signs on new concrete foundations
Asphalt Taxiway & Runway Improvements (Construction)
This project is related to on-going maintenance and repair project for asphalt pavement around the Airport’s Airfield, including runways and taxiways. The typical scope of work involves milling and resurfacing heavily-used areas of runways and taxiways, which will usually involve working during night-time hours, in order to minimize impacts to Airport Operations,
Central Energy Plant (Construction)
The Central Energy Plant is part of the Terminal Lobby Expansion Construction Management at Risk Project.
Provide construction services for a new central energy plant to be located on the first level. The central energy plant will be for the New Terminal Expansion, but will also include space for current and future infield development.
