Lawton Road Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The Lawton Storm Drainage Improvement Project (SDIP) is for storm water infrastructure improvements along Worth
Place to the system outfall downstream of Lawton Road. This work will include
removal, replacement and abandonment of storm drainage pipes and
infrastructure, active shoring for pipe installation, asphalt paving, concrete
work, and any other associated work required by the Engineer.

Camp Greene/Freedom Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. This project is located near the intersection of Camp Greene Street and Freedom Drive.

Fuel Line Replacement (Canceled Re-Advertise Later Date)

Replace the fuel lines serving the Bank of America and Wilson Air fuel dispending cabinets from the fuel farm. The work includes a combination of fuel line removal/replacement and piping/dispenser cabinet modifications.  The associated civil site work includes demolition, minor fencing, asphalt pavement milling, pavement removal, asphalt paving, and landscaping.

Elevated Water Storage Tanks (Cancelled)

This project consists of constructing two new elevated storage tanks. The first tank will be called the Woodlawn Tank with a size of 3 MG (million gallons).    The second tank will be called the Sunset Tank with a size of 2 MG (million gallons). There will be waterline work associated to extend the mainlines to the tank site. The construction site will require grading and clearing in preparation of the tank installation.

Elevated Water Storage Tanks Improvements

This project involves the design and construction administration for the rehabilitation of five separate elevated water storage tanks. Each tank will undergo interior and exterior recoating to extend its service life and improve corrosion resistance. The scope also includes the replacement of outdated ladder systems to enhance safety and compliance. Miscellaneous piping repairs will be completed as needed to restore functionality and improve overall system performance. The project is managed to ensure coordination, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards throughout design and construction.
