This RFP seeks to establish a contract for a robust and efficient E-Procurement System. The new solution will support the city’s procurement needs while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability. The selected solution must be cloud-based, user-friendly, provide real-time seamless integration with Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), E-Builder, DocuSign, and B2G Now, and be compatible with existing workflows, financial systems, and reporting structures.

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 218 linear feet of trench drains within various buildings located at Charlotte Water’s: Irwin Creek WWTP – 4200 Westmont Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217 – Primary Sludge Pump Station, Grit Washdown Building, and Digestor Control Building. McAlpine Creek WWMF – 12701 Lancaster Hwy, Pineville, NC 28134- Dewatering Building, Sodium Bisulfite Building, and Gravity Thickener Pump Station.

This contract will provide for the removal of industrial waste and debris from various Charlotte Water sites. Work may include hazardous material handling and environmental remediation as required. Proper site clean-up ensures compliance with environmental regulations and maintains safe working conditions.

The City of Charlotte Aviation department is seeking bids for on-call General Contractor services.  Aviation Facilities Division maintains a portfolio of buildings, including the Main Terminal, offices, fire stations, over 100 tenant occupied building spaces, and equipment shops, which house many aspects of the Aviation Departments Operations. The intent of this solicitation is to select
multiple companies to provide General Contractor services for various Airport properties on an as needed basis.

CLT is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies interested in maintaining existing or providing a Building Management Systems to monitor access control, cameras, HVAC and fire detection at the main Terminal, old Terminal building and at the CLT
Center.

This project will enhance the current lighting around the Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s (CLT) overlook site (“Airport Overlook”) located at 5130 Airport Overlook Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. The scope includes replacing a portion of existing light poles, foundations, and bollards with new poles and fixtures to better illuminate the overlook playground, memorial, and turf area.

This project involves rehabilitation of the exterior of McDowell Lime Structure 2. The work will include repairs, repainting, and other necessary maintenance to protect the structure from environmental wear. This upkeep is to ensure the longevity of the facility.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”) intends to post a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the rehabilitation of Runway 18L/36R and Taxiway D design.  The scope of this work to be designed will include but is not limited to asphalt milling, paving, airfield electrical work, and pavement makings.

The primary goal of this project is to upgrade the existing telecommunications infrastructure at the airport from copper Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines to a more advanced, efficient Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. This transition is aimed at addressing the current limitations of the outdated system, which include lack of modern communication features and inefficiency in handling the airport’s operational demands.

This Project aims to modify and relocate existing equipment, replace tables, add an experiential element, and extend tenant services at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The modifications of the existing equipment will accommodate a dual-use system at each Gate Counter including the electrical and data infrastructure leading up to the network. There will be a Flight Information Display System” that will need to be relocated in the connecting corridor which includes structural attachments to the building and repairs to the existing Terrazzo. Work hours between 2300 – 0500 EST to prevent disruption to Airport Operations.  This project will require 100% badging for all workers.

This scope of work outlines the provision of comprehensive support services for the Program Management Information System (PMIS) and Work and Asset Management (WAM) system at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). It includes the continued configuration and implementation of the PMIS to meet CLT’s project management requirements, support for accurate and efficient data management, development of customized reporting and analytics, and maintenance of system performance through ongoing support and updates. The goal is to ensure these systems effectively support CLT’s project delivery, collaboration, and decision-making processes.
