Media Buying Services for Storm Water Services

Charlotte Storm Water Services is seeking companies to provide Media Buying Services in support of education and outreach campaigns that raise awareness about Surface Water Quality Education, Flood Safety Education, Volunteer Education, and Storm Drainage Education.

These services will include audience identification, development of budget parameters, negotiation with media outlets, ad placement, management of make-good, verification, and post-buy analysis.
