Coaching Services

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), operated by the City of Charlotte, seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide executive and professional coaching services to leaders across all divisions of the Airport. The goal is to enhance leadership capabilities, foster strategic thinking, and support personal and professional growth aligned with CLT’s vision, mission and strategic principles. The selected vendors will support the development and growth of employees through structured coaching engagements aligned with employee, divisional, and organizational goals.
