CMPD Citizen Survey Services

CMPD requests proposals from qualified vendors to conduct citizen surveys in the Charlotte regional area. The selected vendor will develop a survey process and methodology to measure Charlotte’s citizens’ sentiments on various topics. The vendor will create and administer surveys, tabulate results, and present a final product to CMPD in a written report and formal presentation(s).

The Contract will be effective for one (1) year (the “Initial Term”) with the option for two (2) two-year (2-year) renewals (the “Renewal Term”).

Marketing Agency Services – CLT Programs and Areas of Business

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”) is seeking marketing agency services to support various CLT programs and areas of the business to both internal and external audiences. These include, but are not limited to: Parking, CLT Airport App, Concessions, Air Service, Customer Amenities, Commercial and Community Engagement and Employee Recruitment.

The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals.

Metrolina Regional Household Travel Survey

The City of Charlotte, serving as Model Custodian of the Metrolina Regional Travel Demand Model, is releasing this initial first step Request for Letters Of Intent to seek professional consulting services to design, test, and implement a household travel survey for the 12 county, bi-state model region.

Mailing and Postage Services

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking to enter a contract with a firm to provide mail house services for a variety of printed direct mail materials via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Direct mail projects include, but are not limited to, postcards, booklets, and flyers. Projects are completed on an “as-needed” basis and are often produced in relation to an upcoming community event, marketing campaign, or department initiative.

Public Opinion Survey Services

The Company shall gather information, via survey, from Charlotte Water’s Community Members. The survey method implemented shall be the method proposed by the Company. The information collected will be used to assist Charlotte Water in determining where it’s successfully meeting the needs of its customers and where improvements are needed.

Promotional Items used for various marketing campaigns, as well as internal use, to include: Pens, Hand Sanitizer, T-Shirts, Lip Balm, Flower Pots, Coffee Sleeves, Water Bottles, Phone Wallets, Post-it-Notes, and Visors & Hats.

Citywide Survey Services

Multiple City Departments require citizen, employee, or business surveys throughout the year.  These surveys gauge opinion on numerous topics regarding City services and performance.  Surveys may be conducted via online, email or paper surveys.

Survey Services shall be at the sole request of the City, and shall not be performed until Service Provider receives such request by the City. The Services are not guaranteed to be utilized by any Department.

Survey Services shall included but are not limited to:

Conduct or facilitate meetings with the City Project Manager and City staff to assess specific questions or topics concerning the survey process, establishment of questions, objectives, and survey timelines;

Recommend survey questions, objectives, design, and methodology, subject to Department Project Manager approval;

Develop a sample survey for review by the City Project Manager;

Review survey questions with the Department to ensure a reduction in duplication efforts in content and timing;

Identify and select a random sample of all recipients to be surveyed. The sampling shall include various demographics, correlating to the diversity of the survey’s target population;

Guarantee that results will provide the City with, at minimum, a ninety-five percent (95%) confidence level;

Provide City Project Manager with an electronic copy of the data in a format acceptable to the City; and

Conduct a formal presentation of survey results to the Department City Project Manager and City staff upon completion of Services.
