The City of Charlotte requires qualified light vehicle dealers and general service providers to work in conjunction with the Fleet Management Division to support the city’s fleet comprising various makes and model years. The services for this requirement include, but are not limited to, repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair, on all automobiles, vans, and pick-up trucks operated by the City without exclusions or limitations.
This RFP seeks to establish a contract for comprehensive light vehicle repair and maintenance services to support the City’s fleet, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery in accordance with the City’s operational requirements.
BOD is seeking a lessor to furnish and maintain tires that meet specifications for Gillig eGenFlex and Battery electric busses. The initial term will be three (3) years with the option to renew twice for one year each.
