Education and Outreach Communication Services

Charlotte Water is seeking on-call Education and Outreach Communication services with approximately three to four companies.  The Company will provide direct support for one or more of the following areas:
Providing Charlotte Water branded materials, developing communication plans for executing campaigns, as appropriate, working with various Charlotte Water staff to gather content and shepherd drafts through the review process, improving customer satisfaction and knowledge of Charlotte Water services through the execution of campaigns, and providing on-demand services related to the campaign, as requested by Charlotte Water.
