CATS is looking for a contractor to perform major track structure maintenance during CATS Annual Maintenance Shutdown typically scheduled during the months of September through November for approximately 48 hours around City of Charlotte major events. This would require all of the workforce labor and equipment necessary to perform the below services.

The Rail Transit Agency requires a vendor to restore vehicles to “like new” condition and performance and to implement essential technology upgrades. As an industry practice, it recommended best practice, which is to be completed by solicitation by an offsite vendor.
CATS is seeking a supplier for inventory spare parts to purchase Center Truck (CT) Conical Springs for the S70 LRV. First year purchase of 104 CT Conical Springs ,and 48 CT Conical Springs in year 2, 3, ,4 and 5.
The quote is for a five-year contract for the Co-Pilot System Repair and Replacement Spare Parts fort for Siemens S70 Light Rail Vehicles. All Co-Pilot System Repair and Replacement Spare Parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer parts. The scope of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and related activities of the products and service for the Co-Pilot System Repair and Replacement Spare Parts.
Light Rail Train Control and Signaling Systems. The parts that are being purchased under this contract are for replacement parts and inventory stock spares required to maintain the tracks signaling system, grade crossings and train control.
