Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“Airport”) is seeking to establish a contract to provide/purchase fire extinguishers, perform inspections, maintenance, testing and supplies.
The supplier shall manufacture, provide and deliver electric transit buses and chargers. Federal procurement rules and regulations apply.
This contract will be to purchase signal materials for installing “warning flashers” to alert drivers that they are approaching certain types of hazards, new traffic devices, and/or changes in road conditions.
The City of Charlotte is seeking a new contract for materials to maintain the City’s RRFB infrastructure. Work includes furnishing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) in accordance with the current edition of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Traffic Signal Specifications, CDOT requirements.
This contract is for materials driver feedback signs for CDOT’s portable Driver Feedback Signs inventory. These battery-powered radar signs are deployed throughout the city. The CDOT Traffic Safety Section selects the corridors for up to six weeks per location.
This contract will be for the replacement of solar batteries in the following equipment:
- School Zone Flashers
- Driver Feedback Signs
- RRFBs
- Warning Flashers
- Regular batteries for other types of signal devices
BOD requests a 5-year for contract for Bus Transmission and Transmission parts. The selected vendor would supply all Original Manufacturer transmission parts for all of Charlotte Area Transit System’s Bus Operations.
