This project includes constructing forebays to increase pretreatment of solids and create sheet flow through the basin, removing and replacing of existing turf grass in the bottom of the basins with a hardier herbaceous vegetative mix that provides more treatment, and modification of outlet structures of basins that increase retention time within the basins to increase pollutant removal.

The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality.  This project is under review.  Location and project details will be provided after the review is complete.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities of liquid emulsion polymer for solids dewatering for Charlotte Water’s Franklin WTP in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB.

Polymer Trials will take place prior to receiving bids for the polymer. All Products and parts furnished under the Contract shall be new, shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB, and shall operate in full compliance with the Specifications.

The Airport is seeking a qualified company to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The company must supply all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and applicable licenses and permits required to perform these services at CLT. CLT’s IPM program is defined as a comprehensive approach to preventing and solving pest issues through education, inspection, identification, sanitation, exclusion, communication, biological and mechanical controls, and, when appropriate, targeted applications. IPM services must be conducted in a way that ensures the health and well-being of both the public and airport personnel. The company is also responsible for removing and disposing of all dead pests covered under this contract. The job site includes approximately 2 million square feet of interior facilities, multiple on-property buildings, CLT buses, and parking lots.

Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is looking to contract out unit paving and repair services focusing on the following:

1. Clay brick pavers along sidewalks within public right of ways
2. Precast concrete pavers at Light Rail Station as shown on the plans, as well
   as at CATS Bus Stops and Facilities
3. Precast truncated dome pavers at all accessible ramp areas as indicated by
   CATS Management.
4. Replacement units where needed and as indicated by CATS

Cloud-based current and historical transportation data with an interactive dashboard for the three-county CRTPO region.  It should include at minimum origin-destination flow data, trip characteristics and metrics, speed and travel time data, congestion data, and traffic volumes, and it should provide this data by time of day and for personal vehicles, commercial trucks, transit, and non-motorized modes.

Add a small addition onto concourse E of approximately 4,350-7,150sf for offices.  Base bid will be a 4,350sf addition with 2ea add alternates to add a 1,400sf bay/ea alternate for a potential maximum of 7,150sf.  This area to be shell space, divided into 2 separate tenant spaces.  Divider wall will be designed and installed to separate the two separate tenant spaces.  Location of proposed addition is on the west side of concourse E between the employee turnstile and aircraft envelope E4.

Install decorative crosswalks (interconnected preformed thermoplastic), milling and resurfacing, and pavement markings.
