The project limits are from Mt Holly Huntersville Road between Brookshire Boulevard and Pump Station Road and then along Pump Station Road to a Charlotte Water building and Brookshire Boulevard and Lawton Road for 1000 feet in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC.
