The City of Charlotte received federal stimulus funding under the American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program enacted in 2021. The City has designated funding to connect residents to digital literacy, computer devices, and a network to support them on their upward economic mobility journey. The City is interested in receiving Bids in order to contract  with a Grant Administrator to facilitate this program.
