Creative Services for Storm Water Services

Charlotte Storm Water Services is seeking companies to provide Creative Services to support education and outreach campaigns that raise awareness about Surface Water Quality Education, Flood Safety Education, Volunteer Education, and Storm Drainage Education.

These services will include creative strategy and planning, branding, video production and editing, graphic design, digital media, and imagery related to cause-related messaging for nonprofit or government organizations.
