CATS Parking Deck Repair

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) development division anticipates contracting out the repair at six (6) parking decks:

1. JW Clay
2. University City Blvd
3. Sugar Creek
4. North Davidson
5. South Tryon
6. I-485

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Concrete repairs using shotcrete
• Crack sealing via epoxy resin injection
• Installation of pourable joint sealants
• Minor drainage relocation
• Seeding and mulching
