The City is seeking a qualified Company with experience in grantmaking in the Arts and Culture sector to serve as the lead Company to develop and support a grant program and administer grant funds in line with the City’s Arts and Culture Plan.

While the City is flexible with respect to certain elements of the Arts and Culture Grantmaking Services, the City has specific requirements and preferences for the Service delivery method.
