Water Oak Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The project area covers approximately 115 acres is roughly bounded by Hartness Avenue to the north, Walker Road and Emory Lane to the east, Sir Winston’s Place, Night Heron Lane, and Addison Drive to the west, and Stafford Circle to the south. The project includes storm drain improvement including culvert replacements, repair of aging and deteriorating storm drains by way of pipe system upgrades, and channel improvements. The project also includes water line upgrades and sanitary sewer relocations along with road resurfacing and seeding in affected project areas.

5601 Wintercrest Lane Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The Wintercrest Lane Storm Drainage Improvement Project will upgrade existing infrastructure along Wintercrest Lane and Arundel Drive. The improvements will include a box culvert that will run along Wintercrest Lane and Arundel Drive, and will outlet into a channel that connects to Scofield Road. The project will include storm drainage, utility relocation, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, traffic control, and other related construction activities.
