Codes & Ordinances enforces the city’s code ordinances to enhance community appearance, reduce crime, and maintain high living standards. Housing Services provides resources for the development of workforce, assisted, and special needs housing. CharMeck 311 serves as a customer contact center, offering information and services to residents of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
