Join Charlotte Water in Enhancing Water and Wastewater Services

This contract will be to correct the settlement of the electrical building at the influent pump station. The improvements will require pressure grouting under the existing slab. Installation of micropiles or helical piers will be needed at selected locations.

This contract will be for the rehabilitation of the east equalization basin. Construction will require the removal and replacement of deteriorating joint materials. This project will also include high pressure crack injection repairs.

The Project consists of providing equipment, vehicles, machinery, implements, tools, supplies, incidentals, and skilled personnel to complete unspecified extensions, modifications, maintenance, and repairs to the existing water and
sewer system in the Charlotte Water service area.

This opportunity involves providing survey services to support Charlotte Water’s GIS and Capacity Assurance Programs, including the following tasks:

Review available data and consult with the City to clarify and define the City’s requirements.
Obtain necessary information, conduct investigations, and make reasonable efforts for the Surveyor to become familiar with the philosophy and purpose of each project.
Identify and analyze requirements from governmental authorities with jurisdiction and assist the City in obtaining the required approvals.

This contract will provide landscaping services at various Charlotte Water wastewater treatment locations. Work may include mowing, tree trimming, and general upkeep of facility grounds. The task is to maintain these areas, improving site aesthetics and safety.

Work includes the construction of a centralized generator building, modernization of medium and low voltage switchgear, rehabilitation of existing transfer switches, and instrumentation/control modifications. A Preliminary Engineering Report will guide the final scope of work.
