Aviation Contracts With CLT Douglas

The scope of this contract shall be to provide waste hauling and disposal services for campus of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The Cargo 6 Logistics Relocation is an interior and roofing replacement of the existing Cargo 6 building located on Yorkmont Road. The interior renovation includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes, security, millwork, and restroom fixtures. In the warehouse, the renovation includes select door replacements, a dock leveler. The roof is to be replaced with a new single-ply membrane assembly and the existing rooftop unit (RTU) is to be replaced.

CLT is seeking bids to provide locks, hardware, and accessories.

The Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Slab Replacement Program will include the rehabilitation and replacement of various airfield PCC pavement slabs that will be identified by the Owner. The intent of this solicitation is to select a company to provide rehabilitation and replacements utilizing selected construction materials for specific projects at various locations on Airport property on an as needed, Task Order basis during the duration of the scheduled contract. The Scope of Services requires the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services, and perform and complete all work in an efficient and workmanlike manner necessary to complete construction of the PCC Slab Replacement Program.

The goal is to enhance leadership capabilities, foster strategic thinking, and support personal and professional growth aligned with CLT’s vision, mission and strategic principles. The selected vendors will support the development and growth of employees through structured coaching engagements aligned with employee, divisional, and organizational goals.

To provide software, maintenance, and support for the security badge holder’s computer-based training and learning management system.

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) will provide a coordinated and proactive approach to any significant incident and/or event that impacts the CLT Community and the respective airlines that serve CLT. As a result of multiple conversations between the airport and the respective Airline Station Managers, a collaborative partnership has been established with all current airlines that service CLT to provide a flexible guideline and direction in the establishment of the Family Assistance Support Team (FAST).   The FAST will be activated to assist with the needs of a particular airline and/or CLT Airport directly after a significant incident or event that impacts operations or results in multiple casualties and/or fatalities and the respective family members of those involved in the incident.

The FAST will consist of representatives from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT Leadership, Terminal Operations, Airside Operations, Security, and Chaplaincy Program), Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, American Red Cross and representatives from all airlines operating at CLT. It is the goal for each individual airline to provide respective Care Team Members regardless of the airline involved to support the incident. This will bring Care Team Members as active participants in support of the incident until the respective airline has their full complement of Care Team Members arrive on-site. This could range in time from immediate to upwards of 6-12 hours post incident.

Seeking proposals for a supplier to provide direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the airport roadways and curb in front of the the terminal building while enforcing airport bylaws, rules, and regulations.

To relocate approximately 30,000 square feet of supplies and equipment from our current logistics space to a newly, upfitted offsite location. Requesting services for inventory management, physical move,  and establishing an efficient organizational system in the new facility.

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide environmental assessment and remedial services.  Services are expected to cover a range of projects and a wide scope of activities needed to support CLT compliance with local, state, and federal ordinances.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CDIA) has responsibility for maintenance and repair of approximately one hundred (100) buildings including the airport terminal. CDIA requires a minimum of two on-call contractors to perform maintenance and emergency roof repairs of these facilities. The selected contractors will enter into a time and materials contract for on-call roof maintenance and repair services on an as needed basis. The work shall include the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, and services required to make the necessary repairs. Along with making repairs to roofs, the Contractors shall be required to demolish and remove existing roof materials and dispose of all waste material. Repairs shall be billed on an agreed upon hourly rate and materials percent mark-up.

CLT is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies interested in maintaining existing or providing a Building Management Systems to monitor access control, cameras, HVAC and fire detection at the main Terminal, old Terminal building and at the CLT
Center.
