Design Services for Airport Commercial Lease Opportunity

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking proposals for the development, design, build and operation of a 4,479 square foot space within the Airport’s new Concourse A Expansion project. The Expansion of Concourse A includes 10 gates and associated support space, two retail concessions, one sit-down F&B location, and one “to-go” concessionaire. (Additional information on why you should be a part of CLT, is detailed in  Exhibit C.) The selected proposer will be responsible for providing an innovative design solution that aligns with the airport’s brand and aesthetic while maximizing the utility of the designated space.
