General Scope.
The City requires qualified and experienced Companies to provide on‐call low voltage cabling installation and renovation
services. These Services include, but are not limited to, installation and maintenance of: data cabling, Ethernet, building
wiring, fiber optic installations, voice and/or data network installation, network cabling, hardware testing and certification,
audio and/or video cabling, radio frequency (“RF”), cabinet installation, bonding and grounding, patch cables, and
backboards. The Services may be required at any City facility.
Delinquency Letter Printing and Mailing Services
Charlotte Water is seeking company(ies) to provide printing and mailing services for letters to remind/inform customers that their (1) backflow prevention devices are due to be retested and/or (2) account is past due. Letters are printed and mailed on a scheduled and as needed basis, as warranted.
