Vest Water Treatment Plant Clearwell No. 3 Roof Replacement
The Vest WTP’s Clearwell No. 3 existing precast concrete panels which already had its existing TPO Membrane roof demolished will be replaced with a new FRP Deck and TPO Membrane roof.
