CMPD Recruitment Advertising Services

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) solicits competitive proposals from experienced Companies to provide Recruitment Advertising Services. The selected Company will be tasked with delivering a range of services, including but not limited to brand development, marketing strategy formulation, graphic design, and website design and development. These services will support CMPD in the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment campaign.

 

RFP AVIA 23-62 PA System Technical Support

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) manages a Public Address (PA) System, comprised of AtlasIED hardware and software, to provide audible messages for regulatory requirements and flight information. The current PA system provides messaging throughout the CLT main terminal that includes a ticket lobby, baggage claim, atrium, food court, and 5 concourses for a total of 115 gates. The CLT terminal building PA System provides messaging to the entire terminal building, specific zones, or gate holding areas for passengers. Scheduled messages and live paging are managed by AtlasIED controllers and GCK software. PA System equipment is connected via TCP/IP network infrastructure managed by the CLT Technology Team. All AtlasIED equipment currently in use at CLT supports COBRANET audio format.

The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year.   

 

 

 

Vehicle Communications and Electronic Equipment Installation

The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified provider of Vehicle Communications and Electronic Equipment Installation Services to work in conjunction with Fleet Management.  The Company shall perform vehicle upfitting and communications component installation services on fleet equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City.  The Company shall provide these services primarily at the City vehicle commissioning and decommissioning shop, but may also provide services at their company shop or at other approved City facilities.

 

Cancelled Vanpool Billboards

Vanpool has requested CATS Marketing assist them with billboard advertising.  CATS is seeking billboard advertising space to promote its vanpool program. Desired locations include:  I-77 North from Rock Hill to Clanton Rd. I-77 South from Mooresville to Sunset Rd.  I-85 South from Concord to Sugar Creek  I-85 North from Gastonia to Wilkinson Blvd. Quote must include printing and installation for a two-month period. Vendor to provide traffic counts and photos of locations. CATS will provide camera ready artwork.
