The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) anticipates contracting out the installation and integration of an Axle Counter System (ACS) into the existing CATS Blue Line Automatic Train Control System (ATCS) at the following locations.:
1. South Yard South Interlocking
2. South Yard North Interlocking
3. North Yard South Interlocking
4. North Yard North Interlocking
5. UNCC Interlocking
6. I-485 Interlocking
7. CTC/6th Street Interlocking
8. Old Concord Road Interlocking & Pumpernickle Crossing
